Once you have been approved, sign in at the members page and submit your request for a payroll loan.
How to determine your Due Date

All loan due dates must be on your next payday. The minimum number of days a loan can be taken for is 4 days. The maximum number of days a loan can be taken for is 31 days.

-- All payday loan due dates must be on your next payday.

-- If you get paid once a week: You may use the subsequent payday.

-- If you get paid twice a month or every other week: You must use your next payday. If your next payday is less than 4 days away then you may use the following payday.

 
Payment Options
When your loan is due we will automatically withdraw the loan amount plus the fee from your account. If you do not want us to withdraw the total amount due you have the option for a loan extension on your short term loan until your next payday.
The cost to extend your loan is $10.00 per $100.00 borrowed.
If you choose to extend your loan, the extension fee will be withdrawn from your account on your due date. You have the option to extend your paydayloan four times. We must receive your extension request before three o'clock (3:00) PM EST three days before your loan is due
ACH Authorization
Your online agreement will be governed by the state of Delaware. All the applicable laws and regulations of Delaware will apply to your online agreement. If your ACH debit that you have authorized is returned for any reason you agree to the following items.


-- You are authorizing us to initiate electronic debits to your account in the amounts up to or less than the amount owed until the amount owed is paid in full. Your authorization shall remain in effect until we have received written notice of its termination. We must also have had a reasonable opportunity to act on this authorization.

-- You agree to pay a $25.00 return deposit fee, in the event your authorized debit is returned by your bank. You also agree to pay a $5.00 processing fee, and all fees related to the collection of your account. This includes, but is not limited to all attorney fees, collection fees, and court costs incurred during the collection process.
